SARS-CoV-2 vaccines induce the production of specific antibodies against the S protein of the virus. Specific titration of antibodies against the S1 protein of the SARS-CoV-2 spicule (COVID-19) is obtained.<\/p>\n<p>A test is available that detects antibodies to the S protein of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) using the reference test (ELISA\/chemiluminescence). Approximately three weeks after the last dose of vaccine, it is possible to detect whether these antibodies to the virus have been generated. The sensitivity is 98.3% from the third week and 100% from the fourth week after vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>The test is a quantitative, CE-marked immunoassay with a sensitivity and specificity close to 100%.
